As an Assistant Product Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and business growth for the BRANCH BANKING-EBS department. You will work closely with the Product Sales Manager and the team to develop and execute sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of banking solutions. Responsibilities
  • Assist the Product Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies for the BRANCH BANKING-EBS department.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored banking solutions.
  • Generate new business opportunities and identify potential leads through networking and market research.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of banking products and services to clients.
  • Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to the management team.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide support and guidance to the sales team, ensuring effective training and development.

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the BRANCH BANKING-EBS department.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, especially in the enterprise segment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
