Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging lectures in Computer Science and related subjects
  
• Prepare lesson plans, academic materials, and evaluation methods
  
• Conduct internal assessments, exams, and grading as per university guidelines
  
• Guide students in academic projects, research work, and career development
  
• Maintain student records, attendance, and academic performance reports
  
• Participate in curriculum development and academic planning
  
• Support institutional activities such as seminars, workshops, and conferences
  
• Ensure adherence to Anna University norms and academic standards
  

Eligibility Criteria / Qualifications

• Mandatory Qualification:
  • M.E / M.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology
    
• Candidates with B.E / MCA / M.Sc alone are not eligible
  
• Freshers with strong subject knowledge can apply
  
• Prior teaching experience will be an added advantage
  

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of core Computer Science subjects
  
• Proficiency in programming languages (C, C++, Java, Python, etc.)
  
• Knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, DBMS, Operating Systems, etc.
  
• Good communication and presentation skills
  
• Ability to mentor and guide students effectively
  
• Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills
