Educational Qualifications & Experience:

•  First Class Bachelor's Degree in the relevant discipline.

• First Class Master's Degree (M.Tech.) in Cosmetic Technology or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is followed.

•  Consistently good academic record throughout the educational career.

• Candidates with or without teaching experience may apply.

• Knowledge of cosmetic product formulation, quality assurance, cosmetic regulations, GMP, analytical techniques, and emerging cosmetic technologies will be an added advantage.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Cosmetic Technology.

• Prepare lesson plans, course materials, laboratory manuals, and assessment tools.

• Conduct practical sessions, laboratory work, and project supervision.

• Mentor and guide students in academic, research, and career development.

• Develop and update curriculum in line with industry trends and regulatory requirements.

• Undertake research, publish scholarly papers, and participate in funded research projects.

• Organize seminars, workshops, conferences, and industrial visits.

• Establish collaborations with industry and research organizations.

• Participate in departmental, institutional, and accreditation-related activities.

• Perform examination duties, evaluation, and other academic responsibilities assigned by the institution.
