Job title: Assistant Project Manager

Department: Project Management – Global Project Management

Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai, WORK FROM OFFICE.

Shift timings: 3 PM to 12 AM

Working days: 5 days (Sunday & 1 week off)

Objective:

To liaise with clients and freelance translators to allocate translation assignments and ensure high quality translation, productivity, and timely delivery to clients. Manage workload efficiently to meet deadlines and effectively solve any internal issues.

Key responsibilities:

Ø Project Allocation

Proper selection of freelance vendors

Communication (email and phone)

Maintaining freelancer usage (spread)

Meeting outsourcing targets

Ø Workload Management

Tracking close deadlines

Client Deliverables management

Managing last-minute scheduling changes

Ø Freelancer management

Feedback on procedural issues

Answering routine questions

Ø Process management (Both CS and PM )

Maintaining allocation spreadsheets

Basic data analysis

Ø Client Servicing (Once candidate has excelled in managing project management responsibilities) 

Negotiation on deadlines

Understanding client requirements

Pre-requisites/key characteristics and skills required:

Graduates from Engineering Background/ MBA Freshers

2+ years’ experience in Client Servicing/ Operations / Project Management

Proficiency in MS Office

Coordination and effective decision-making skills

Good verbal and written communication skills

Good analytical skills

Effective planning skills and the ability to multitask to meet client deadlines

Ability to prioritize tasks according to urgency and impact

Attention to detail

Effective follow-up mechanisms
