Job Summary: 

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Professional with at least 3 years of experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through tailored logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities by identifying and targeting potential customers for freight forwarding services


• Develop and implement strategies to build a strong pipeline of prospects


• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations


• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.


• Create and execute strategies to increase sales and market share in the freight forwarding sector.


• Track and analyze sales data to forecast revenue, dentify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly


• Maintain and grow long-term relationships with existing clients by providing outstanding service and support.


• Act as the main point of contact for customers and ensure their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.


• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues promptly and following up.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client communications, and pipeline status in the CRM system.


• Provide regular updates to management on progress against sales targets and market developments.


• Prepare reports on sales forecasts, customer feedback, and competitor activities


• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of freight forwarding service and customer satisfaction.
