Role Summary:

Oversee Producer Services operations, ensuring timely task execution, queue management, and workflow tracking.
Support team planning, coordination, and delivery of operational goals.
Utilize Producer Services expertise to enhance processes, procedures, and work instructions.
Lead a small team while ensuring adherence to SLAs, TATs, and quality standards.
Conduct RCA, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor productivity, accuracy, efficiency, and capacity planning metrics.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and US partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members while fostering engagement and recognition.
Act as Team Lead during TL/AOM absences to ensure business continuity.
Address VOC feedback, manage escalations, and implement preventive actions.
