What You'll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact between the marketing department and other departments, ensuring smooth, timely communication
Facilitate cross -departmental coordination so marketing initiatives stay aligned with company objectives
Assist the Head of Marketing with daily administrative tasks including scheduling, email management, and team coordination
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events
Conduct market research and gather data to support marketing strategy and decision -making
Own marketing projects end to end, from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives achieved
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution
Maintain marketing expense tracking and manage invoicing coordination with the finance department
