About Your Future Team:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated professional to
join our growing Portfolio Management Group. The primary responsibility of the
role is to lead a team and work closely with clients to manage and monitor
private credit transactions across structured finance domains, spanning diverse
asset classes such as corporate credit investments, ABS, RMBS, CRE etc. This
role requires strong leadership along with a good understanding of private
credit investments like commercial lending, structured finance, and financial
analysis, coupled with the ability to lead teams and deliver client-centric
solutions using our proprietary platform.
What You'll Champion:
Client Engagement:
- Collaborate with clients across
geographies to monitor the performance of private credit transactions,
including corporate credit investments and asset-backed securities (ABS)
- Work on Portfolio Management of
structured finance portfolios backed by Auto Loans, Credit Card Loans, RMBS
Loans, etc
- Engage
with clients to understand complex requirements, expectations and ensure timely
delivery of solutions
Portfolio
Onboarding and Monitoring:
- Oversee the onboarding of clients’ investment portfolios, ensuring
seamless integration on Oxane’s proprietary platform using financial documents,
including credit agreements, facility agreements and servicing reports
- Conduct detailed analysis of financial data like covenants, investor
reports and produce borrowing base certificates and other key metrics.
Project and People Management:
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables with clients and internal IT teams
for successful transaction setup and ongoing monitoring
- Lead and mentor a team of leads and analysts, setting clear goals,
delegating tasks, and monitoring team performance
- Facilitate career development plans and identify upskilling
opportunities to strengthen team capabilities and oversee resource planning
- Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
within the team
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that aligns with
Oxane’s cultural values
Technical
Expertise:
- Demonstrate a sound understanding of structured finance, private credit,
and portfolio financing processes
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations,
and best practices to ensure innovative client solutions.
What You'll Bring:
- Proficiency
in financial analysis and familiarity with financial documents and data in
private credit.
- Excellent
client management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven
leadership abilities with experience in managing and mentoring teams
- Strong
organizational skills with a focus on process improvements and attention to
detail
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional
teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Master’s
degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 10+ years
of experience in Private credit, Structured Finance, Credit Analysis or related
fields
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Credit, ABS, RMBS,
CRE, and other private credit asset classes.
Our Hybrid Working Model:
At Oxane Partners, our hybrid work model, strikes a balance between collaboration and flexibility. Team members typically work from the office at least 4 days a week, with the option to work remotely for 1 day, basis business approval. Some roles may require more in-office presence based on team needs.
