About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Vice President – Cyber Risk Sales to drive enterprise sales for our Cyber Risk and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) solutions.

This is a pure hunter role requiring ownership of the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure with a focus on acquiring new banking and financial institution clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition within Banks, NBFCs, and Financial Institutions.


• Sell Cybersecurity, GRC, TPRM, Security Audit, VAPT, IT Audit, and Compliance solutions.


• Build and manage a healthy enterprise sales pipeline.


• Engage with CXOs, CISOs, CIOs, Risk Heads, and Compliance Leaders.


• Conduct solution presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial discussions.


• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.


• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Required Experience

• 5–10 years of Enterprise B2B Sales experience.


• Proven experience selling Cybersecurity, GRC, TPRM, IT Audit, Security Assessment, or Compliance solutions.


• Strong hunter mindset with a consistent record of meeting sales targets.


• Experience engaging with senior decision-makers within Banks or Financial Institutions.


• Excellent consultative and solution-selling skills.

Candidates from other cybersecurity consulting firms, GRC companies, or enterprise cybersecurity solution providers are also encouraged to apply.

Important Requirement

This role requires candidates who have directly sold cybersecurity or GRC solutions to Banks, NBFCs, or Financial Institutions.

Candidates whose experience is limited to selling only to corporate clients without BFSI exposure may not be considered.
