Assistant Vice president - Infrastructure Senior Tech Analyst - C12 - CHENNAI/PUNE

The Infrastructure Senior Technology Analyst is an intermediate level role responsible for assisting with DevOps, OpenShift and Monolithic administration activities, including performance tuning and maintenance, technical guidance, and security in coordination with the Technology Infrastructure team. The overall objective is to use infrastructure technology knowledge and identified policies to process data, resolve issues and execute administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Working knowledge of end to end architecture, scalability, resiliency, security and build configuration across –

• IaaS deployments of IBM WAS ND, Tibco, MQ, Kafka, IHS, Apache, WebLogic, and tomcat.
• Have Working knowledge on Oracle and SQL Server and have experience integrating them with various middleware technologies.
• Have Hands-on experience in the end-to-end setup of OpenPages.
• Have in-depth expertise in setting up Redis in OpenShift.
• Containerization deployments of Java, Python, Node.js, Nginx, PEGA, Redis and Spark solutions on Kubernetes/OpenShift
• Traffic patterns - ingress, egress, hot-hot cross data center
• Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post restoration of service
• Willing to learn and work as team player. Brings positive technology culture.
• Ability to whiteboard solutions to customers
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision
• Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in Infrastructure Technologies delivery with a proven track record of delivering OpenShift containerization, Middleware Infra setups, CI-CD pipelines, virtualization, load balancer, and database services as solutions.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
• Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams, and work under pressure or to a deadline
• Have experience working in Financial Services and large complex and global environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Effective analytic/diagnostic skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
