Job Description: AVP – Marketing – Gold Loan

Role Purpose

The AVP-Marketing holds ultimate responsibility for the organization’s marketing activities and oversees the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the brand and business.

Key Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of the Brand Strategy towards brand building and awareness within the target group and industry.


• Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products.


• Overseeing implementation of the marketing strategy – including campaigns, events, digital marketing and PR.


• Working closely with the company’s various functional heads; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate communication and creative strategy, material/collaterals and presentations.


• Ensure that all marketing communications reflect the brand’s values and are aligned with the company’s vision.


• Guiding the day-to-day activities of the marketing team.


• Ensuring that the marketing and brand objectives are implemented by the marketing team.


• Developing corporate communication for the organization with respect to both internal and external audience/customers.


• Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies and leverage data analytics to optimize marketing efforts.


• Felicitating continues market research and analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends. 


• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact.


• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Degree: MBA/PGDM - Marketing 


• Minimum Years/type of experience: Minimum 8 years of experience
