Assistant – Administration & Maintenance- Shirpur

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field. 

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, office management, facilities, or maintenance coordination. 
• Experience in vendor management and office administration is preferred. 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. 
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of office buildings, equipment, and facilities. 
• Monitor the condition of office infrastructure and arrange timely repairs. 
• Liaise with maintenance contractors, service providers, and vendors. 
• Maintain records of maintenance schedules, service contracts, warranties, and asset inventories. 
• Ensure the cleanliness, security, and proper upkeep of office premises. 
• Coordinate housekeeping, security, and facility management services. 
• Monitor office supplies and administrative inventory; arrange procurement as required. 
• Assist in organizing meetings, events, and office logistics. 
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations. 
• Support emergency preparedness and coordinate responses to facility-related issues. 
• Process administrative and maintenance-related invoices and maintain accurate documentation. 
• Monitor maintenance budgets and report expenditures. 
• Assist in implementing office improvement and cost-saving initiatives. 
• Perform other administrative and maintenance duties as assigned.
