Assistant/Deputy Manager Controlling

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Finance Business Partner for one of the business units (BOM+1) in Bosch Digital (BD). Work closely with business unit head for finance and controlling related topics.

• Cost center controlling for BD/India

• Budget and Pricing: Finalizing revenue & capex budget, HC planning, forecast and pricing.

• Steering financial targets viz Revenue, EBIT, Utilization rate and Benchmarked prices.

• Month-end closure and reporting including analysis, Budget management.

• P&L monitoring, cost control, risk analysis and suggesting actions in achieving targets.

• Ownership of invoicing process and handling customer queries regarding charging

• Work closely with BD central team and India team for timely reporting

• Monthly Business Reporting to BD central and Local management

• Handling India customer clarifications related to invoicing.

• Support BD/India business teams on finance and controlling topics.

• Support in Internal and external audit
  
  
  
   

Educational qualification:

Chartered Accountant or Cost Management Accountant

Experience :

• Experience: 5- 8 years of relevant professional experience

Mandatory/requires Skills :

• Personality: responsible; result-oriented; convincing team spirit; networking mindset; coordination; presentation skills

• Worked in SAP environment

• Strong in MS office applications

Preferred Skills :

• Budgeting and forecasting

• Good communication and stake holder management
