Job Description - Associate

Job Title: Associate - AI Engineer

Experience: 3+ Years

Employment Type: Full -Time

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models
Work on AI workflows, automation, and data -driven solutions
Collaborate with cross -functional teams to understand business requirements
Build and optimize NLP, computer vision, or predictive models
Develop data pipelines and ensure model performance and scalability
Monitor, evaluate, and improve model accuracy over time
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of experience in AI/ML development
Strong programming skills in Python
Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit -learn
Good understanding of NLP / Computer Vision / Deep Learning concepts
Experience in building and deploying models using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and statistics
Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and model deployment
