Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines (VMC, HMC, CNC Turning Centers, etc.).
  
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC -related issues.
  
• Monitor machine health and ensure maximum equipment uptime.
  
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for CNC machines and utility equipment.
  
• Maintain and troubleshoot utilities such as air compressors, chillers, cooling towers, DG sets, transformers, and power distribution systems.
  
• Analyze machine failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  
• Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and equipment history.
  
• Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve machine availability.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and TPM practices.
  
• Support installation, commissioning, and relocation of machines and utility equipment.
