Job Purpose:

The candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students regarding various test preparation programs, including IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, DET, GRE, GMAT, SAT, German, and French courses, Japanese courses

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conducting student counseling sessions and providing accurate information about courses, exams, and fee structures.

• Conducting student follow-up calls, updating remarks, and maintaining accurate records in the system.

• Maintaining daily reports, conversion reports, and web/online enquiry status updates.

• Assisting with Course Finder, student registers, and fee receipt management.

• Handling exam date bookings for IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, GRE, GMAT, SAT, and DET.

• Managing student enquiries through phone, email, and online platforms while maintaining professional communication standards.

• Supporting admission and enrollment activities through effective counseling and follow-up.

• Coordinating with students and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent student service.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong counseling and customer service abilities.

• Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills.

• Positive attitude and a target-oriented approach.
