Associate Analyst - Compliance

What you’ll do:

"This position will be based in Eaton’s Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence (GSC CoE) in Pune.
Person in this position would be involved in Regulations process through data analysis for Compliance function and will also contribute towards enhancement of productivity and efficiency of SCM function. The position primary requires an understanding Data extraction, Reporting & Analysis of supplier response , analyzing the supplier responses received based on regulations requirement and Connecting with relevant stakeholders & suppliers to gather required information. The Role also involved reporting of the numbers and maintaining process KPIs"    
"Functional Skills-
•            Mailbox management including responding to customer & supplier enquiries on requested informatiom.
•    Timely and Efficient handling of all requests received in Mailbox, Ensure all the requests are processed, tracked and maintained within given timeline.
•    Reach out to senior leadership team to provide regular updates.
•    Reach out to Customers for any additional information required to process their requests.
•    Identify methods to streamline the process.
•    Creating Monthly Dashboard Reports to measure self/ team performance.
•    Creating presentations, Help Sheets and Process Documents.
•    Reach out to Suppliers to collect Relevant information on Forced Labor Law
•    Should be able to solicit information from the Suppliers and compile the same for efficient tracking.
•    Ensure efficient tracking and maintenance of the information received from each Supplier.
•    Use external tools like Resilinc to mitigate the risk alerts
•            Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and project management skills and applications
•            Well versed with MS office tools including MS Excel, Powerpoint & Access
•           Knowledge of New technologies & Tools like Power  BI
•           Good communications and customer care skills when interacting with both internal and/or external customers 
•           Strong Working Knowledge ERP System
•           Escalation Management
•         Flexible attitude to work with the willingness to learn new skills when required"    
 

Qualifications:

Any Graduate / PG
2-3 years of relevant experience related to Compliance function of supply chain management , Data Analysis , Supplier & Customer relation management
