Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Key Responsibilities


• Design and implement technology-enabled tax solutions


• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for tax processes


• Prepare detailed BRDs and FRDs, including workflows, field-level details, and validation rules


• Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technology solutions


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business, product, and technology


• Drive adoption of automation, data-driven workflows, and AI-led solutions


• Analyse existing tax processes and identify opportunities for automation and transformation


• Support development of tax technology strategies to improve compliance and operational efficiency


• Interact with clients through workshops to gather and refine business requirements


• Identify best practices and contribute to implementation of high-quality technical solutions


• Work effectively under tight timelines and dynamic client environments ________________________________________ Requirements & Qualifications


• Experience in Tax Technology, or Finance Transformation


• Strong exposure to Business Analyst roles, including requirement gathering and documentation


• Hands-on experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and user stories


• Understanding of tax process, workflows, and automation tools


• Knowledge of Income tax law


• Interest in digital transformation and technology-driven solutions


• Passion for AI and its application in transforming tax and business processes


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal)


• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration abilities


• High level of ownership, quality focus, and customer-centric mindset

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

• Bachelor of Commerce


• CA/CMA Inter


• Master of Commerce


• Master of Business Administration

Experience

• Business Analysis (1+ years)
