Job Description - Associate Analytics Consultant - Pharma Accounts

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
3-4 years of hands-on experience in pharma life science analytics, supporting Commercial and Sales
functions. Proficiency in designing, developing, and deploying dashboarding, data visualizations, and
analytics using business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Power BI.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Expertise with various Pharma datasets such as Sales, Rx, Claims, Specialty Pharmacy etc.
• Consulting with US pharma clients to plan, design and execute consulting projects.
• Understand business problems and requirements to recommend solutions.
• Designing dashboards with the use of visualization tools , primarily Tableau and secondary Power
BI
• Strong knowledge of Data Management concepts
• Optimize BI Solutions for performance and intuitiveness.
• Own accounts independently and ensure delivery excellence and quality
• Manage project deadlines and deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Analyzing the data to identify trends and share insights.
• Providing support to pre-sales and marketing initiatives within Datazymes
• Participate in client discussions, demos, and Proof of Concepts development.
Must Have Skills
• Deep experience in the Pharma Commercial Analytics domain.
• Understanding of Commercial, Sales and Marketing operations within US Life Sciences
• Strong knowledge of data management, relational & dimensional data modeling concepts
• Proven experience as a Tableau Developer
• Ability to articulate customer requirements and translate them into BI- applications.
• Data Blending and Dashboard Optimization Experience
• Client engagement and project management experience
Data Interpretation & Storytelling:
• Translate analytical findings into clear, strategic insights and develop executive-ready presentations
and dashboards
• Communicate complex methodologies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Innovation & Learning Agility
• Quickly ramp up in new therapeutic areas and problem domains
• Adapt to evolving client priorities and ambiguous problem statements
Requirements
Education
• B.E, B.Tech in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Analytics, or related field
Experience
• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare analytics, life sciences analytics, or consulting
• Experience working across multiple therapeutic areas
• Experience delivering analytics in a client-facing environment preferred
Technical Skills
• Advanced SQL and Tableau skills
Consulting & Communication Skills
• Ability to synthesize complex analyses into actionable recommendations
• Experience engaging cross-functional stakeholders
