Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with mortgage loan applications, ensuring accurate completion and submission of required documentation.

Evaluate applicants’ financial status and creditworthiness to determine loan eligibility and risk profile.

Collaborate with underwriters, loan officers, and appraisers to facilitate seamless loan processing and approvals.

Provide timely and professional customer service, addressing queries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive applicant experience.

Maintain knowledge of mortgage products, lending guidelines, and regulatory requirements to ensure accurate guidance.

Prepare, review, and verify loan documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Support process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the loan origination workflow.
