We are searching for an Associate to offer regulatory help to clients while working distantly.

As an Associate, you will perform different authoritative undertakings, including noting messages, calendar management. For this job, a solid Internet association is required, alongside experience utilizing specialized devices like Skype.

Associate Responsibilities:

• Respond to emails and phone calls
  

• Schedule meetings
  

• Manage a contact list
  

• Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
  

• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
  

• Experience with word -processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
  

• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
  

• Excellent time management skills
  

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Associate (BPO).
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  

• Fully computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  

• Highly organized.
