Associate Business Analyst / Business Analyst

Requirements

• Partner closely with product leaders and game teams as a data -driven
  advisor on product and strategic decisions.
  
• Analyze user behavior, gameplay data, and monetization metrics to generate
  actionable insights that improve user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
  
• Design and execute deep -dive analyses to identify trends, issues, and
  opportunities across products and features.
  
• Build dashboards, reports, and analytical frameworks to track key products
  metrics and performance.
  
• Work collaboratively with cross -functional teams including product,
  engineering, and design to support experimentation and feature evaluation.
  
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and ad -hoc reporting to answer key
  business and product questions.
  
• Translate complex data findings into clear insights and recommendations for
  stakeholders.
  
  What we’re looking for
  
  
• 2–4 years of experience in Business Analytics, Product Analytics, Data
  Analytics, or a similar role.
  
• Strong SQL skills, with experience querying large and complex datasets.
  
• Ability to design and execute analytical projects and deliver practical
  insights and recommendations.
  
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to connect data insights with
  business impact.
  
• Experience working in fast -paced environments and managing multiple
  priorities simultaneously.
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with
  cross -functional teams.
  
• Comfortable working both independently and within team environments.
  
  Good to Have
  
  
• Experience in gaming, consumer tech, or product analytics.
  
• Familiarity with experimentation, A/B testing, and statistical analysis.
  
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) or
  programming languages like Python/R for analysis.
