About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery Support

·         Support Consultants in delivering digital
transformation and AI-enabled initiatives across the Software Development Life
Cycle (SDLC).

·         Assist in executing project activities including
requirement gathering, documentation, testing, implementation, and post-go-live
support.

·         Track assigned tasks, project milestones, action
items, and dependencies to ensure timely completion.

·         Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily
stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

·         Coordinate with cross-functional teams to
support successful project execution.

Business Analysis & Documentation

·         Gather and document business requirements
through stakeholder discussions and workshops.

·         Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs),
Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process maps, meeting
minutes, and other project documentation.

·         Analyze business processes and identify
opportunities for process improvement and automation.

·         Support solution walkthroughs, requirement
validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

·         Maintain project documentation and knowledge
repositories.

Technology & AI Exposure

·         Develop an understanding of enterprise
applications, AI, Generative AI, analytics, and automation technologies.

·         Support implementation teams by validating
business requirements and documenting functional solutions.

·         Assist in preparing dashboards, reports, and
business insights using analytical tools where applicable.

·         Continuously build technical knowledge through
certifications, training, and project experience.

Stakeholder Collaboration

·         Work collaboratively with business users,
delivery teams, and project stakeholders.

·         Participate in client meetings, workshops, and
solution demonstrations.

·         Communicate project updates, action items, and
documentation clearly and professionally.

·         Seek guidance from senior team members while
proactively taking ownership of assigned tasks.

Learning & Continuous Improvement

·         Develop consulting, business analysis, and
project management capabilities through structured learning and hands-on
project experience.

·         Contribute ideas to improve project delivery,
documentation, and operational efficiency.

·         Support the development of reusable templates,
best practices, and knowledge assets.

·         Stay updated with emerging trends in AI,
analytics, automation, and digital transformation.
