Job Description: Role Summary: Lead and manage a global Backup Engineering team responsible for enterprise backup, recovery, and data protection services. Key Responsibilities: • Manage global backup engineering projects, delivery, timelines, and resources. • Lead teams across regions and coordinate with global stakeholders. • Drive backup infrastructure, modernization, automation, and optimization initiatives. • Ensure service availability, security, compliance, and disaster recovery readiness. • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations. • Track project KPIs, budget, capacity, and delivery performance. • Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, security, and application teams. • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
