As an Associate Consultant Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients in harnessing the power of their data to make informed business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement BI solutions tailored to meet our clients' unique needs and objectives.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business value. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Solution Design: Design BI solutions, including data models, dashboards, reports, and visualizations, using industry-leading tools and technologies. Development and Implementation: Develop, test, and deploy BI solutions according to project timelines and quality standards. Data Integration: Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Performance Optimization: Optimize BI solutions for performance, scalability, and usability. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption and utilization of BI solutions. Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, including system architecture, data dictionaries, and user guides. Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and technologies in the field of BI and analytics. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering exceptional service. Who Are We Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields. Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar. Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and querying. Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) are a plus.
