The Opportunity

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Performing defined back-offices payment processing activities and related services such as functional application management and monitoring
  • Ensuring the timely, correct and complete processing of mass payments. This also includes working in shifts within a time window from 07:00 to 18:00, as well as outside this time window in an emergency and on-call-duty
  • Monitoring of automated transactions with manual corrective measures if necessary, e.g. as a result of system failures and / or malfunctions
  • Manual interventions in payment systems, resulting out of monitoring activities or order by internal parties or the client itself
  • Booking and release in the various payment systems
  • Contacting and aligning with third parties
  • Reporting on the activities carried out
  • Who Are We Looking For

  • Completed training in the commercial sector, ideally as a bank clerk
  • Professional experience (3-5 Years) in national and international payment transactions
