Associate Consultant (J50016)

Job Summary

Looking for highly skilled Associate Consultants who will focus on enhancing project delivery across the testing lifecycle (Requirements, Scoping, Test Design, Test Execution, Defect Management, Test Reporting) through a combination of Domain / Product expertise, supporting/influencing stakeholder and team to add value for project success. 

Roles & Responsibilities

•    Analyse requirements and discuss with stakeholder for clarity / gaps 

•    Define test approach and functional scope

•    Own Test Design , perform skill independently- transform requirements into test design & ensure 100% test coverage through collaboration with the testing team

•    Provide Inputs for regression and test optimization 

•    Support testing team in executing test cases

•    Review test evidence and maintain high-quality execution

•    Provide input on quality metrics, insights, and risks

•    Raise high-quality defects based on requirements and domain knowledge

•    Review defects raised by the testing team

•    Participate in Defect Triage calls for defect analysis and prioritization

•    Manage test design artifacts, versioning, and requirements changes

•    Enhance testing team expertise through domain / Product trainings 

•    Experience working with test and defect management tools for Reporting 

•    Develop, implement & improve QA/Testing Processes and approaches. A strong emphasis on process adherence and continuous improvements to ensure consistency and efficiency in test delivery 

•    Candidate should carry hands on work experience of Business Functions in Banking 

•    Candidate should have good communication and presentation skills 

•    Candidate should have good problem solving and analytical skills

•    Candidate with minimum of 2+ years of Test Design & Execution preferred 

•    Candidate should have a good understanding of project delivery across various development models including Waterfall, Agile/Scrum 

Education

•    Bachelor’s degree / University degree is a must

•    Industry standard Domain / Product Project management Certifications good to have
