About the role:
This role is a part of the marketing team of the leading HGEC TV channel in the country. The incumbent in this role will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and seamless execution of on-air promotional campaigns. The incumbent will ensure timely delivery of creative assets, ensure stakeholder alignment and coordinate execution across internal teams and external partners such as Programming, Production House, OAP, Presentation, Sales and Digital/PR, agencies etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with production houses and Programming team to source, track, and manage footage required for marketing campaigns and on-air promos.
Collaborate closely with the On-Air Promotions (OAP) team to oversee timelines and ensure creative assets are delivered as per brief and schedule.
Work with external creative and media agencies to support the end-to-end execution of campaigns, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
Manage the internal approval process & ensure timely sign-offs for campaign rollouts.
Liaise across internal teams and external vendors to adapt and version creative assets.
Maintain campaign calendars and coordinate deliverables to ensure smooth and timely execution of all on air marketing initiatives.
Track and manage the delivery of all promotional elements needed for on-air activation, avoiding delays or last-minute escalations.
Anticipate potential bottlenecks and plan workflows in advance to meet campaign deadlines consistently and efficiently.
Ensure high-quality execution across every stage of the campaign lifecycle, from planning through delivery.
Act as a central point of contact for operational support within the marketing team, driving collaboration, clarity, and accountability across all moving parts.

Preferred Education & Experience
Should posses a bachelors degree
Should have an experience of 3-5 years in a client servicing role
This is a one-year third-party contract role
