Job Description - Associate - Corporate Activation Lead

Role: Associate – Corporate Activation (BFSI Sales)

As an Associate - Corporate Activation Lead, you will manage and execute BTL (Below the Line) activation strategies within corporate setups to promote and sell financial products like credit cards and loans. This is a sales-oriented, on-ground role focused on acquiring customers by running impactful campaigns and building strong relationships with corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities


BTL Activations & Sales: Plan and execute BTL events in corporate offices/common areas to promote and generate leads for credit cards and loans. Actively drive on-ground customer acquisition.

Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor activation results, gather feedback, track ROI, and fine-tune strategies to improve outcomes.

Scouting & Partnerships: Identify and partner with companies for regular activations. Build a pipeline of corporate contacts to ensure steady event opportunities.

Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with HR teams and decision-makers in corporate offices to facilitate repeat activations and cross-sell opportunities.

What You Must Bring


BTL Experience: Proven experience in managing and executing BTL activations in a corporate environment. Prior BFSI sales experience is a big plus.

Sales Drive: Strong ability to engage employees, pitch products effectively, and close sales.

Event Management Skills: Excellent organizational abilities to plan and manage corporate events seamlessly.

Communication & Negotiation: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to track KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and use insights to enhance campaign ROI.

Energetic & Result-Oriented: Passionate, goal-driven individual who thrives in a dynamic work environment.

Credit Card Sales Experience: Specific experience in selling credit cards through corporate activations.

Proven ROI Delivery: Demonstrated success in improving conversion rates, sales numbers, and ROI through past campaigns.

Corporate Network: Strong relationships with HR or admin teams in large corporations.
