As they continue to expand, they are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven professional to join their Partnerships team.
Role Overview:
The Associate – Partnerships & B2B Sales will support the development and growth of institutional and B2B revenue channels. The role involves identifying, pitching, closing, and managing partnerships across a range of stakeholders, including corporates, NGOs, development organizations, financial institutions, industry bodies, and other institutional partners.
This is a hands-on business development role with significant ownership and exposure to senior decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate & Institutional Partnerships
Identify and engage prospective corporate and institutional partners.
Build relationships with CSR, sustainability, procurement, and business leaders.
Develop tailored proposals and partnership pitches.
Drive opportunities from initial outreach through negotiation and closure.
Business Development & Market Expansion
Identify new partnership opportunities across domestic and international markets.
Engage with industry associations, ecosystem partners, and development-sector networks.
Support responses to RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and institutional procurement opportunities.
Contribute to market mapping and business development strategy.
Financing & Distribution Partnerships
Explore partnerships with MFIs, NBFCs, and other financing institutions.
Support the development of innovative distribution and market-access models.
Build relationships with organizations working across sustainability, livelihoods, and development sectors.
Reporting & Stakeholder Coordination
Maintain and track the business development pipeline.
Prepare partnership updates, market analyses, and progress reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to support proposal development and partnership execution.
Candidate Profile:
3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, institutional business development, or related roles.
Demonstrated experience in closing commercial partnerships and managing stakeholder relationships.
Strong proposal writing, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to navigate long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
Comfortable working independently in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of an additional Indian language is a plus.
