Associate Delivery Head

At Colruyt Group India, we are seeking a dynamic Team Manager to lead our IT Platforms & IT Infrastructure team, working closely with counterparts in Belgium and Hyderabad. This role is ideal for a leader who excels in service delivery, team development, and cross-border collaboration. 

Requirements

· Total experience of 18+ years in managing teams across IT platforms or Data Management or IT Infrastructure solutions.

· At least 5 years of project / program delivery experience in Waterfall / Agile methodologies

· At least 3 years of experience in core people management

· Experience in handling technical teams of 25+ people across multiple technologies

· Experience in managing cross functional teams including analysts, architects, software engineers, QA et

· Experience in managing vendors and their deliverables

· Experience in managing teams in global working model in onsite – offshore model

· Strong in stakeholder management and building trust based relationships

· Good experience in ITIL practices is preferred

Roles & Responsibilities of (Associate) Delivery Head:

Delivery Management

· Accountable for the service delivery of his/her teams to comply with the agreed SLAs including quality, cost and timelines

· Responsible for Stakeholder Management and NPS

· Responsible for best practices adoption to maximize his/her team’s outputs.

Leadership

· Responsible for translation and realization of Strategic/Tactical organization goals to team level operational goals.

· Be a cultural anchor in implementing Colruyt group values in the organization.

· Be a federated of information to your teams and to your management

 
People Development

· Responsible for people management for a cross functional and diverse team of 20-30 members from juniors to seniors.

· Responsible for all staffing decisions in the team (Recruitment, Induction, Performance Appraisal, Release etc.)

· Responsible for mobilizing energy of employees to reach team objectives.

· Responsible for people development with structured development plans.
