Job Description - Associate Design SME

JD Brief:

This role is both internal and external facing.

-Technical documentation & reporting of prototypes
-Technical validation of products post launch
-Technical/Virtual Library creation and support of approved product verticals.
-Identifying the market competition in terms of product services & support
-Feedback gathering to improve existing products & services
-Troubleshooting & documentation of project related queries
-Post product launch support to users
-Technical validation of non -standard & custom project requests.
-Assiting in project proposals for newly launched products.
-Assisting in training product training of L&D team just before product launch.
-Cooridnating with Purchase to understand materials & stock availability
-New materials/hardware/Appliances and accessories exploration and documentation
-End to end supporting the Engineering & Design team towards product development activities.

-Design Consultation & troubleshooting.
