Purpose of Job

As an Associate Developer, you will support the Mainsail™ engineering team with foundational development tasks including front-end integration, code maintenance, and basic data operations. This role is designed for early-career developers or recent graduates looking to build strong hands-on skills with Microsoft technologies in a collaborative, cloud-based SaaS environment.

• Contribute to UI integration and assist in consuming RESTful APIs in collaboration with front-end teams
• Support development of C#/.NET Core backend features under guidance
• Assist in writing and executing basic SQL queries for data validation and testing
• Perform unit test writing and debugging with help from senior team members
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Maintain technical documentation for assigned modules or components

• Basic proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming
• Exposure to SQL Server and relational database concepts
• Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON-based communication
• Willingness to learn DevOps practices and CI/CD tools
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset
