Associate - Development

Position
Overview : 

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Artist with
strong expertise in Blender and Autodesk 3ds Max to create
high-quality, realistic industrial 3D assets and animations. The ideal
candidate will be skilled in 3D modeling, model optimization, texturing,
rendering, and animation, with a strong understanding of industrial
products, machinery, and engineering visualizations. Experience with Unreal
Engine is a significant advantage.

Key
Responsibilities  :

• ​     Create
  highly detailed and realistic 3D models of industrial equipment, machinery,
  products, and environments.
  ·         Optimize
  3D models for real-time and rendering performance without compromising visual
  quality.
  ·         Develop
  and apply high-quality textures, materials, and shaders to achieve photo realistic results.
  ·         Produce
  engaging product demonstrations, technical animations, and industrial
  visualization sequences.
  ·         Create UV
  maps and ensure efficient texture workflows.
  ·         Work
  closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to accurately represent
  products and concepts.
  ·         Maintain
  asset libraries and ensure consistency across projects.
  ·         Perform
  scene setup, lighting, rendering, and post-processing for presentations and
  marketing materials.
  ·         Troubleshoot
  model and texture issues and continuously improve asset quality and
  performance.
  ·         Stay
  updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in 3D visualization and
  real-time rendering.
  

Required
Qualifications

·         2+ years
of professional experience as a 3D Artist, Visualization Artist, or similar
role.

·         Advanced
proficiency in:

o    Blender

o    Autodesk 3ds Max

·         Strong
portfolio demonstrating:

o    Realistic
3D industrial models

o    Product visualization

o    Texturing
and material creation

o    Animation
projects

·         Solid
understanding of:

o    Polygonal
modeling

o    Topology
optimization

o    UV
unwrapping
