Role Description

We are hiring an AI Lead who is highly hands-on and can rapidly convert ideas into working prototypes. This role will drive the technical execution of AI pilots, including building pipelines, integrating LLMs, and delivering scalable solutions.

Responsibility:

• Design and build AI pipelines, agents, and workflows


• Develop backend services and APIs for AI applications


• Create quick UI demos and prototypes for validation


• Integrate LLMs, APIs, and enterprise data sources


• Lead technical execution of AI pilots and POCs


• Collaborate with Pod Leads to translate requirements into working systems

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python


• Experience with FastAPI / Flask


• Hands-on with LangGraph / CrewAI (or similar agent frameworks)


• Experience building RAG pipelines and working with vector databases


• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and LLM orchestration


• Experience in cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Nice-to-have skills

• Builder mindset — enjoys rapid prototyping and experimentation


• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills


• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving AI environments

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience


• Strong hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering and backend development
