The Associate Director, Conduct & Compliance Risk sits within the Institutional Conduct & Compliance Centre of Expertise (COE) and plays a critical role in driving best practice and continuous improvement in Conduct and Regulatory Risk Management across the Institutional Division.
As a trusted Line 1 Risk leader, you will partner closely with frontline business teams, Enterprise Risk theme experts, and Non-Financial Risk (NFR) stakeholders to strengthen the management of Conduct and Regulatory Risk across Institutional Banking. You will focus on end-to-end customer journeys, value chains, and risk and control environments to ensure sustainable risk outcomes.
This role leads top-down risk assessments, supports regulatory and policy change implementation, identifies emerging risks and control weaknesses, and partners with the business to design and embed effective conduct and compliance controls.
