W Health has set up India’s first Venture Studio called 2070 Health an innovation platform that builds transformative healthcare companies from scratch by discovering disruptive opportunities in whitespaces. Distinct from the accelerator approach, our venture studio is closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions of growing the new business. Companies incubated in the last 15 months- Elevate Now, Nivaan Care, Reveal Healthtech, 

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies for multiple companies within the 2070Health studio.
- Utilize data analytics to measure and optimize product performance; conduct A/B testing and experiments.
- Implement effective user acquisition and retention campaigns across various channels.
- Communicate growth goals, strategies, and outcomes to stakeholders; present data-driven insights to leadership.
- Work closely with leaders and founders, providing strong communication and pushback when necessary.
- Identify and prioritize new features to drive growth; collaborate with product development teams.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product innovation.
- Work closely with engineers and ability to coordinate and manage multiple Technology Initiatives

- 8-10+ years of experience in product management with a focus on growth in a tech or Healthtech environment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Prior experience should be in consumer-facing companies; candidates with a background in B2B SaaS will not be considered.
- Demonstrated experience in startup environments, specifically in building products from the ground up (0 → 1) and scaling them further (1 → 10, ideally 1 → 100 or beyond).
- Proven track record of driving user acquisition and retention through data-driven strategies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively push back when needed and work closely with leaders and founders.
- B.Tech / MBA from a top college is a bonus.
- Healthcare/healthtech background is a bonus
