Your Role
- As part of the Revenue team, you will be a part of the pricing function which plays a critical role in the overall growth of various categories
- Be a growth leader for the business, drive all product led developments pertaining to pricing strategy for the various businesses.
- Develop tools that will be the cornerstone of the pricing strategy for various categories at Zepto
- Impact customer funnel and lifecycle by creating the best priced perception in the mind of the customers
- Ability to lead both at the strategic level and also manage tactically day-to-day operations by diving deeply into business and technical domains
- Lead the prioritization and development of the pricing roadmap, and to maximize overall profitability through retailer economics, product lifecycle management and inventory control to drive profitable volume.
- Work with various internal stakeholders like the category teams to understand use cases and make product led pricing interventions that help drive growth
- Collate market information for understanding competition trends, consumer preferences and fine-tuning the pricing strategy basis these inputs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Product, Growth, Category, and Customer Support, to ensure alignment and successful program execution
- Prepare and deliver regular presentations to senior management and other stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Experience in demand shaping in internet commerce
- Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions
- Operators obsessed with customer experience and
- Work experience as a pricing leader for at least 36-48 months in an online business
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage stakeholders across different teams, good communication skills with ability to work individually
