Job Overview
This role is responsible for driving advertising revenue growth for the Sports advertising business by leading strategic sales planning, pricing optimization, advertiser partnerships, and cross-platform monetization initiatives. You will work closely with business, product, ad-tech, and customer success teams to play a critical role in accelerating growth across Mobile, CTV, Video, Display, and Performance advertising solutions while enabling a high-performing revenue organization.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with annual operating plan development, long range planning, and revenue forecasting for key properties and event cycles.
Develop growth roadmaps in the lead up to major events, identifying revenue acceleration levers across segments and platforms.
Build market segmentation and advertiser prioritization frameworks to unlock high potential growth cohorts.
Conduct white space analysis to identify untapped revenue pools across categories and regions.
Evaluate competitive positioning across digital, broadcast, OTT, and sports ecosystems to inform strategic direction.
Drive operating model reviews across revenue functions to improve effectiveness and cross functional alignment.
Support leadership with board ready strategic narratives and data backed recommendations.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Strong structured problem solving and hypothesis driven thinking, typical of consulting environments.
Proven experience scaling businesses in high growth or transformation led environments.
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategic insights and executive communication.
Strong stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration skills.
Media or sports ecosystem exposure preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Education and Experience
Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or Media Studies (MBA preferred).
4 to 6 years of experience in Founders Office, management consulting, or corporate strategy roles within high growth organizations.
Demonstrated experience driving growth strategy, market expansion, or operating model transformation initiatives.
