Job Title: Associate Director - Sales (Financing / Leasing)

Location: Bangalore

We are hiring an Associate Director - Sales (Financing/Leasing) for our client from the Financial Services Industry.

As the Associate Director - Sales, your responsibilities would be:

Originate, manage, and grow client relationships with mid -market corporates.
Lead the deal lifecycle, including structuring, negotiation, and closing deals.
Expand the client base within your assigned geography.
Help build and mentor city/regional teams as needed.
Drive pipeline growth and ensure consistent revenue.

Requirements

8+ years in financing, with strong exposure to direct debt or leasing
Proven track record in structured finance/leasing and deal origination
Established network across mid -market corporates and key stakeholders
Experience with NBFCs, banks, or reputed financial institutions
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills; open to extensive travel
Demonstrated success in building new markets or setting up regional teams
