Job Description

WNS Analytics is seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales and Solutioning Specialist with 2 to 5 years of experience. This role is essential in bridging client needs with technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include analyzing client requirements, designing tailored solutions, and collaborating with sales teams to ensure the successful delivery of value-driven outcomes. Expertise in solution design, demonstrations, and technical presentations is key to driving business growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

A bachelor's or master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred. The candidate should have 2 to 5 years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions architecture, or related role. Experience with proposal development, technical documentation, and RFP responses is required. The role demands the ability to understand client needs and design impactful solutions, along with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A good understanding of cloud and enterprise software solutions is important, as is the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver client-centric solutions.Additional Information:Experience in sectors such as Life Sciences, Healthcare, Manufacturing, CPG, or Retail is desirable. Cloud certifications such as AWS, Azure, or GCP are a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential.
