About the Role:

We are looking for an Associate Director, Solutions Architect who can play a pivotal role in shaping enterprise-grade SaaS solutions for our customers. This role demands deep expertise across enterprise and solution architecture, cloud platforms, data strategy, and platform engineering, combined with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive complex sales cycles to closure.

A day in the life at Innovaccer: 

• You’re an experienced product leader with a track record of building teams & developing strong PMs
• Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from inception to closure, with a solution-focused approach.
• Develop target architectures aligned with customer requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to design and propose winning solutions.
• Present Innovaccer’s solution portfolio to highlight differentiation in the market.
• Define and lead Proof of Concept (POC) projects, ensuring supporting documentation is in place.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge across Enterprise Architecture (EA) domains:
• Business
• Application
• Information
• Technology
• Possess strong data strategy and data management expertise, with high AI acumen.
• Collaborate with product, implementation, and engineering teams to deliver differentiated RFP responses.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscape.

What You Need:

• 10–12 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales, or related roles in B2B SaaS companies.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-level solution design and sales engagements.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise data strategy, data platforms, and AI-driven solutions.
• Hands-on expertise across multiple EA domains.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, global SaaS environment is preferred.
