Salary range: Rs 4000000 - Rs 5000000 (ie INR 40-50 LPA)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to analyze business data and generate actionable insights.
• Manage investor relations across both debt and equity funding channels.
• Define, monitor, and report key metrics to drive operational efficiency, business growth, and profitability.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of post-MBA experience from a Tier-1 business school.
• Mandatory blend of experience: 2–3 years in consulting and 2–3 years in a startup environment.
• Candidates with only consulting experience will not be considered.
