Associate Engineer -Mechanical Design

Key Responsibilities

1. Mechanical Design & Development
   

   • Design and develop mechanical systems and components for various applications, including 6DOF platforms and robotics.
     
   • Create and implement hardware and mechanical architectures to meet project requirements.
     

2. Fabrication & Machining
   

   • Fabricate prototypes and production parts using CNC machining, 3D printing, and other manufacturing techniques.
     
   • Execute machining tasks with precision and attention to detail.
     

3. Testing & Debugging
   

   • Test and debug mechanical systems to ensure reliability and functionality.
     
   • Analyze data and refine designs based on test outcomes.
     

4. Integration & Collaboration
   

   • Collaborate with cross -functional teams to integrate mechanical systems into end products seamlessly.
     
   • Coordinate with other engineering disciplines for comprehensive project execution.
     

5. Specialized Knowledge
   

   • Apply expertise in compressor systems to design and optimize performance.
     
   • Utilize advanced materials and manufacturing techniques such as injection molding, CNC machining, and additive manufacturing.
     

6. Project Management
   

   • Manage projects from concept to production, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
     
   • Translate designs into production -ready solutions for small to medium -scale production runs.
     

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, MATLAB, or CATIA.
    
  • Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.
    
• Experience:
  • Hands -on experience with prototyping and production processes.
    
  • Familiarity with materials and processes such as injection moulding, CNC machining, and 3D printing.
    
  • Previous experience with compressor systems is highly desirable.
