Job Description - Associate Engineer -Mechanical Design

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in machining, fabrication, and design, and be capable of creating and implementing hardware and mechanical systems. The ideal candidate is willing to work hard and take on a low wage in exchange for future rewards.

Key Responsibilities

Mechanical Design & Development
- Design and develop mechanical systems and components for various applications, including 6DOF platforms and robotics.
- Create and implement hardware and mechanical architectures to meet project requirements.
Fabrication & Machining
- Fabricate prototypes and production parts using CNC machining, 3D printing, and other manufacturing techniques.
- Execute machining tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Testing & Debugging
- Test and debug mechanical systems to ensure reliability and functionality.
- Analyze data and refine designs based on test outcomes.
Integration & Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross -functional teams to integrate mechanical systems into end products seamlessly.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines for comprehensive project execution.
Specialized Knowledge
- Apply expertise in compressor systems to design and optimize performance.
- Utilize advanced materials and manufacturing techniques such as injection molding, CNC machining, and additive manufacturing.
Project Management
- Manage projects from concept to production, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Translate designs into production -ready solutions for small to medium -scale production runs.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, MATLAB, or CATIA.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.
Experience:
- Hands -on experience with prototyping and production processes.
- Familiarity with materials and processes such as injection moulding, CNC machining, and 3D printing.
- Previous experience with compressor systems is highly desirable.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem -solving and analytical abilities.
- Willingness to work hard for future growth opportunities.
