Job Description - Associate -Finance

Role & responsibilities
1 -Finance and Contract Assistance:
  • Central point of coordination with delivery team & clients on contracting
  • Assist in obtaining confirmations to raise invoices
  • Help maintain communication with clients regarding payment arrangements.
  • Manage communication with vendors and employees on status of payment, resolving queries on pending invoices.
  • Assist with ad -hoc financial tasks and projects as assigned by the Finance Manager.
2 -Banking and Treasury:
  • Coordinate with banks for paper works and signatures.
  • Manage and store banking documents.
  • Submission of documents for processing bank work.
  • Resolve any pending issues\ stuck cases with the bankers.
3 -Administrative Support:
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining financial records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross -functional teams to gather financial information and assist in resolving related queries.


Requirements

Preferred candidate profile
B.Com or BBA with 0 -2 years of work experience in a Corporate with experience in handling Finance Administration in the team.
