About the Role:

As an Associate, Finance, you will be vital in maintaining smooth financial operations, ensuring accurate accounts, and promoting adherence to financial policies. Your responsibilities will include managing invoices, payroll, and tax filings, while collaborating with teams to implement best practices. This role suits a detail-oriented individual with hands-on Zoho expertise and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Social sector experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Invoice & Expense Management: Verify and process invoices and expenses, ensure accurate payments and tax deductions, and support adherence to financial policies.
• Accounting & Payroll: Accurately record financial transactions in Zoho and process timely salary payments and payslips.
• Donation Receipt & Fund Utilization Reporting: Prepare donation receipts for 10BD compliance and assist in generating fund utilization reports.
• Taxation & Compliance: Prepare monthly TDS workings and challans, ensure timely quarterly TDS return filings, and issue Form 16/16A.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree (B.Com) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Proficient in Zoho or similar accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and structured work approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
