The role supports the AML/CTF Advisory function in providing risk-based advice, oversight, and challenge across the Institutional business. Working closely with business stakeholders, Compliance, and Financial Crime specialists, you will assist in the interpretation and application of AML/CTF obligations, regulatory requirements, and risk management frameworks.
You will contribute to risk assessments, management reporting, governance activities, regulatory impact analysis, and the identification of emerging Financial Crime risks. The role provides an opportunity to develop expertise in AML/CTF advisory, regulatory compliance, and Financial Crime risk management within a complex Institutional Banking environment.
Reporting to the Associate Director, AML/CTF Advisory, the Associate – AML/CTF Advisory role sits within the Financial Crime & Compliance Centre of Excellence (FC&C CoE), part of the broader Institutional Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Centre of Excellence.
