Associate, Full-Stack Engineer

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate Full Stack Engineer to join our Engineering team. This role is located in Pune

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications and services.

• Build responsive user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.

• Develop backend APIs, services, integrations, and data access layers.

• Participate in architecture, design, code reviews, and technical discussions.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Support CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.

• Troubleshoot defects, performance issues, and production incidents.

• Collaborate with product owners, designers, QA, and other engineers to deliver business value.

• Ensure solutions align with security, risk, compliance, and engineering standards.

• Contribute to agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.

• Continuously improve application performance, scalability, and developer efficiency.

• AI ready and contribute to AI initiatives and solutions.
  
   

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• Relevant experience of 3+ years  in software engineering with exposure to both frontend and backend development.

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

• Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Experience building backend services and APIs using modern frameworks.

• Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and system integration patterns.

• Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases.

• Knowledge of version control tools such as Git.

• Understanding of software development best practices, testing, and debugging.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Exposure to using AI tools
