About the role

The AGM – Supply Chain (Online Channels) will be responsible for ensuring product availability, inventory optimisation, demand planning, replenishment, warehouse operations, fulfilment and logistics across all online channels. The role will work closely with E-commerce, Finance, Marketing, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehousing and Logistics teams to build a responsive, scalable and cost-efficient supply chain that supports rapid online growth while maintaining high service levels.

Demand Planning & Forecasting

• Own demand planning and SKU-level forecasting across all online channels.


• Incorporate sales trends, seasonality, promotions, launches and channel inputs into forecasts.


• Partner with E-commerce and Marketing teams to align forecasts with promotional calendars and platform events.


• Drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy.

Inventory Planning & Optimisation

• Own inventory planning across E-commerce, Quick Commerce and D2C.


• Define inventory norms, safety stock and replenishment parameters.


• Optimise inventory availability while controlling excess, ageing and obsolete stock.


• Drive effective inventory deployment across warehouses, fulfilment centres and channels.

E-commerce & Quick Commerce Supply Chain

• Build channel-specific supply chain strategies for platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart.


• Ensure inventory readiness for major campaigns, launches and platform events.


• Drive efficient stock allocation based on demand, geography and channel requirements.

Warehouse & D2C Fulfilment

• Oversee online warehouse operations including inbound, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and returns.


• Drive warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, capacity utilisation and operational efficiency.


• Ensure high fulfilment accuracy and OTIF performance for D2C.


• Partner with 3PL and warehouse partners to maintain agreed SLAs.

Logistics & Distribution

• Own logistics performance across online channels.


• Drive improvements in OTIF, delivery TAT, first-attempt delivery, RTO and logistics cost.


• Manage logistics and fulfilment partners, SLAs and service levels.


• Optimise transportation and reverse logistics costs without compromising customer experience.

Supply Planning & Cross-functional Coordination

• Translate online demand forecasts into production and procurement requirements.


• Work closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Warehousing, E-commerce, D2C, Marketing, Finance and Sales teams.


• Ensure supply readiness for new launches, campaigns and peak periods.


• Proactively identify supply risks and develop mitigation plans.

Analytics, Governance & Process Excellence

• Build and monitor online supply chain dashboards and MIS.


• Track key metrics including Forecast Accuracy, Fill Rate, Stock Availability, Stock Cover, Inventory Turns, Stock-outs, OTIF, RTO, Warehouse Productivity and Logistics Cost.


• Drive automation, technology adoption and data-led planning.


• Establish robust SOPs, SLAs, review mechanisms and scalable processes.

Role Impact

This role will play a critical role in building the next phase of Swiss Beauty’s online supply chain, ensuring the right product is available at the right place, right time and right cost across E-commerce, Quick Commerce and D2C.

Working Conditions

• Office-based role in Gurugram.


• Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
