Associate Graphic Designer

As an Associate Graphic Designer, you will take full ownership of design projects, from conceptualization to delivery, while effectively managing stakeholders. You’ll collaborate closely with design, product, and brand teams to create visual assets, establish guidelines, and develop engaging content that aligns seamlessly with brand objectives.

We’re seeking a creative professional with a strong portfolio, an eye for detail, and a passion for both visual and 3D design. You should be able to balance creativity with time management, prioritize effectively, and consistently deliver high-quality designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all visual assets adhere to brand guidelines across CRM, brand, and other touchpoints.
• Understand target audience, brand sentiment, and creative requirements.
• Research and reference impactful design ideas for adaptation.
• Present design concepts and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for assigned projects.
• Maintain high standards through thorough individual and team QC.
• Collaborate on the development and improvement of design systems, templates, and tools.
• Create high-quality static and 3D assets, including logos and text units, using tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Substance Stager, and AI-based design tools.
• Apply knowledge of After Effects, Blender, and Premiere Pro for animation and motion design (preferred).
• Leverage AI tools to scale creative output.
• Work with agencies by providing clear briefs, actionable feedback, and timely approvals.
• Consistently bring innovative ideas to the table and push creative boundaries.

What You’ll Need

• 4+ years of relevant experience in graphic/visual design.
• A resume and portfolio showcasing strong work in art, graphic design, and AI-generated content.
• Strong creative thinking skills and keen attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of design systems, platform-specific patterns, UX principles, and design psychology.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and 3D design tools.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and build rapport with peers.
